Wrestling starts Monday, November, 7th 2022 and Thursday, November 10th, 2022

During the regular season, practices are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the CIHS Wrestling Room

Mondays - 5:45pm - 6:45pm - Pre K, K and 1st Grade

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5:45-7:00pm - 2nd and 3rd Grade

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6:15-8:15pm - 4th Grade and Older

**All practices are closed door, meaning only wrestlers and appointed coaches in wrestling room for practices**
